Passport Appointment

Proof of travel will be required; you must provide our office with orders or an approved Memo in Lieu of Orders. If you are a member of FMS and attempting to use the FMS Waiver signed by Brig General Safranek you need to email afmc.fms.passportandvisa@us.af.mil to receive a control number to be approved to use the FMS Waiver with our office.

After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email from our 78 FSS Career Development Org Box with further details and instructions on what to bring for your appointment.

Please email us if you have any basic questions or regarding how to receive a Memo in Lieu of Orders.

VISA Appointment

30 mins·

You must already have an official passport in hand with 6 months of validity left to apply for a VISA. Proof of travel will be required; you must provide our office with orders.

Waivers or Memo in Lieu of Orders will not work to apply for a VISA.

After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email from our 78 FSS Career Development Org Box with further details and instructions on what to bring for your appointment.
