Please schedule an appointment to be seen by our office to apply for an official passport. Proof of travel will be required; you must provide our office with orders or an approved Memo in Lieu of Orders. Please email us if you have any questions regarding how to receive a Memo in Lieu of Orders.
Please schedule an appointment to be seen by our office to apply for a VISA. You must already have an official passport in hand with 6 months of validity left to apply for a VISA. Proof of travel will be required; you must provide our office with orders.
If you have been notified by our office that your passport/VISA has arrived at our facility, please book an appointment for pick-up. Ensure you bring a valid photo ID for pick-up. No further documentation is required.
If you are out-processing due to separation or retirement and have an official passport in your possession, you must surrender your official passport. If you DO NOT have an official passport, please email us at 78mss.a1wpd.cd@us.af.mil for signature of your checklist.
